I have built my career from my passion for gaming and esports by helping drive revenue through sponsorship + advertising sales. I enjoy educating brands on the nuances of all the different niches and verticals found in gaming like esports, lifestyle content, industry events, etc. as well as where specific integrations and assets can lend to achieving overarching brand goals while resonating with the gaming community. Driving revenue into the gaming + streaming space has served as my way of giving back to a community that has given me so much.
I have worked in gaming for the vast majority of my 8+ year career. A key part of my early career in gaming was with a boutique sports marketing agency, Pivot, where I helped establish the agency’s gaming and esports property representation business. I then got the chance to work with the Amazon Advertising team, focusing on the Twitch business. My specific team, Twitch Properties, serves as the sponsorship & experiential sales arm of Twitch Ads. Our remit is to help our advertising clients align with established IP in the gaming/esports space to help drive authentic experiences when our communities and streamers engage with brand sponsored campaigns. I oversaw sponsorship sales for Twitch’s largest owned and operated properties like Twitch Rivals, TwitchCon, Subtember, etc. as well as our strategic 3rd party partners in the space (esports teams, leagues and events).
